LOS
REFEREES
DESIGNADOS TIENEN LA OBLIGACION DE ASISTIR A LOS PARTIDOS Y DE LLENAR
LA
PLANILLA DE PARTIDO.
LA
NO PRESENTACIÓN DE EQUIPOS Y REFEREES SIGNIFICARA
LA APLICACION DE
LOS REGLAMENTOS CORRESPONDIENTES DE ESTA UNION.
NO
podrá iniciar el Torneo, el Club que no haya pagado el Derecho de
Afiliación,
Reafiliación, Inscripción de equipo y/o mantenga deudas con la URC, a
la fecha
4 de MARZO DE 2011. Rogamos la regularización de las deudas pendientes
en caso
de existir a fin de evitar inconvenientes al comienzo de los torneos.
Aquel
jugador que participe de algún partido (amistoso u oficial), sin haber
pagado
el Derecho de Jugador y/o no haber presentado el Certificado de Apto
Médico en
tiempo y forma, será suspendido por el término de un mes (sanción
automática y
de cumplimiento efectivo e inmediato). Sólo podrá participar nuevamente
del
juego habiendo cumplido el total de la sanción impuesta y los
requisitos antes
mencionados (pago derecho de jugador y presentación de apto médico). En
caso de
reincidencia en la infracción descripta se aplicará la figura del
“jugador mal
incluido” conforme al Reglamento de Torneo.
QUEDA PROHIBIDO PROGRAMAR PARTIDOS AMISTOSOS NO OFICIALES
PARA RUGBY INFANTIL
RECOMENDAR
PARA LAS DIVISIONES JUVENILES EL USO DE PROTECTOR BUCAL P/JUGADORES
Se Recuerda que aquellos jugadores que no cuenten con el DERECHO DE
JUGADOR pagado, no podrán jugar. Haciéndose el Club RESPONSABLE por
cualquier lesión y pasible de sanción al CLUB, al CAPITÁN y al JUGADOR
